背景

分享重新申請F1免面試通過的案例 原本在美國五年的F1過期了 目前的背景是用OPT extension在美國工作

時間線

1/28 (六）回美國當天發現簽證過期 趕緊改空白機票

1/30 (一）郵局繳DS160費用

1/31 (二）順豐遞出文件

2/1 (三）Application Received

2/2 (四）Approved

2/3 (五）Issued

2/4 (六）拿到護照

2/6 (一）回美國 海關問完後被帶到一個小房間 說要確認我工作身份 結果他們自己查個資料也沒問問題就放我走了

準備文件

Require documents

• DS160 confirmation
• Interview waiver
• Passport with expired F1 visa and new passport
• visa application fee receipt
• one color photograph (5cm x 5cm)
• Signed I-20 with my employer

Supporting documents

• EAD card and driver license copy
• I94
• Offer letters (Current job and previous job)
• Employment verification letter
• W2
• I-983 STEM training plan
• Official transcript
